Our community programmes
Each of these began because a specific community asked for it. They are listed here with what they do, where they have run, and what they have produced so far.
Restoring soil health and moving farmers off chemical inputs, through free organic products, in‑field diagnosis and season‑long support.
School sessions that bring a social educator, an advocate, a police officer, a doctor and a counsellor in front of children, parents and teachers together.
Vocational training, equipment, placement support and self‑help groups so that women finish with an income rather than a certificate.
Workplace harassment prevention delivered in small groups with private one‑to‑one access to a practising advocate, plus compliance documentation.
Free consultation, screening, medicine and hospital referral brought into villages, with follow‑up after the camp has closed.
Career guidance for rural students in government colleges — what a software career actually involves, and the routes into it.
A farmer who stops handling chemical pesticide is at lower risk of the cancers we screen for at our medical camps. A woman with her own income can keep her daughter in the school where we run child‑safety sessions. A student who finds a career path stops being one more young person leaving the village.
We run these together, in the same districts, deliberately.
These six serve people directly. We also work with other nonprofit organisations, building and maintaining the technology they run on — that programme is Heartwood.
Whether you give your time, your expertise or your support, you make it possible for another village, another school and another family to take the next step.
