Safe and dignified workplaces

POSH at Work

Prevention of sexual harassment training that employees can actually use — small groups, private access to a practising advocate, and compliance documentation for the employer.

Why most POSH training fails

Compliance is easy to demonstrate and hard to achieve. A signed attendance sheet is not a safer workplace.

  • Large group format. No privacy, no individual engagement, and no space to raise a personal concern.
  • No private legal access. Employees cannot ask a lawyer a direct question about their own situation.
  • Compliance over capability. The session covers the statute but leaves people unprepared for a real incident.
  • Fear of exposure. Nobody asks the question they came with while sitting among colleagues.

What harassment costs

Employees who experience harassment report post‑traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and physical symptoms including sleep and gastric problems.

The damage extends past the individual. Colleagues who witness it suffer too, and morale falls across the team. Employers carry the cost in reduced productivity, higher turnover, complaint‑handling expense and reputational harm.

The cheapest possible intervention is the one that prevents the first incident.

How we deliver it differently

Small groups

Sessions capped at around twenty people, so that engagement and confidentiality are both possible.

A private room with an advocate

Every attendee can speak one‑to‑one with an experienced legal advisor during the session, discreetly.

Prevention, not just policy

Recognising early signs, preventing escalation, and responding effectively — practically and psychologically.

Documented compliance

A compliance certificate recording trainings conducted, attendance and feedback, plus help with government filing.

Our approach in four stages

  • Prevention — educating teams on early signs and on building a harassment‑free workplace
  • Intervention — immediate advocate access and practical handling training
  • Advocacy — confidential reporting systems and continuing legal and psychological support
  • Eradication — root‑cause work, long‑term strategy and reinforcement of zero tolerance
